Kennel Hours

The kennel is open for both boarding and grooming 7 days per week. 

Pet pick up and drop off hours:

  •    8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  •    4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  •    If you plan on picking up or dropping off your pet at a different time than originally booked please phone 519 482-1500 to ensure someone will be at the kennel to accomodate your change in plan. 

Grooming is by appointment only.   Please make arrangements while checking in your pet if grooming is to be done during an extended stay of 5 days or more, otherwise, please call at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired grooming date.  Last minute bookings may not be able to be accomodated.
